It’s important to ensure your child’s eyes are working as a pair and their muscles are working in the correct way from an early age. This also allows our expert team to track the development of your child’s vision through regular eye tests as they grow older.

It’s also vital that your child has an eye examination before they start school. Children typically have no awareness of how their sight should be, so they may not realise that their vision is anything out of the ordinary. It’s acknowledged that a child’s performance in school could be adversely affected if their vision is not crystal clear. For this reason, pro-active eye care for children is essential, as you cannot rely on them to tell you they have a problem.
