The team at Eyedeal provide an exceptional service. Reception staff have always been very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have been getting my eyesight monitored and tested for many years at Eyedeal Vision. It's been very valuable to see an optometrist at Eyedeal Vision regularly that understands my eye history and health as their services have prevented my eyesight getting worse. I get my eye pressures checked (I am asymptomatic so I don't know if my eye pressures are too high) or my eyes looked at thoroughly here if I get a chronic eye condition flare up because I need professional advice as to whether or not I need to go to an eye hospital for treatment. Recently I had a cataract that deteriorated quickly and Eyedeal Vision liaised with my GP regarding a referral to an eye hospital and gave me a supporting letter for the eye hospital. EyeDeal vision respond quickly when I have eye issues so their professional eye care services are a safety net for me and and I cannot put a price on that. I have been using Eyedeal Vision since we moved to Chingford 13 years ago. They have a lovely range of glasses and up to date equipment. The eye test is very thorough and I know that I can always pop in if I need anything or need advice.

Having a high short-sighted prescription , but now needing reading glasses , I had previously tried varifocals from a well known High Street chain but without success. However I’m delighted with the varifocal glasses I’ve purchased from Eyedeal Vision which I’ve adapted to straight away. Their measuring up process for the varifocals was so thorough compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere. Thoroughly recommended.

I phoned Reception on 11/02/25 to book an appointment, and got slotted in the next day. I only had to wait one minute in reception until Kalpesh come and greeted me. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing and put me at ease. Then I got to meet Peter whom helped me choosing the right frame for my future glasses, he was also extremely professional and did not mind my endless indecisiveness. From the facilities, to the team, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eyedeal Vision Opticians.

I was very impressed with my experience. The team have the time and take the time to offer a brilliant personal and friendly service. The eye test felt very relaxed and was very thorough. Choosing my new glasses was a breeze, I took the first pair Peter had selected for me to try on because they were a perfect style for me. Equally impressive was when I needed my varifocal polarised sunglasses adjusted slightly. I was seen immediately, a new frame was ordered and the following day I had my glasses back.

They are a thoroughly professional and customer friendly organisation who's premises have recently been update and refitted to a high and comfortable standard. As a new customer I was made to feel very welcome and was given very thorough vision and eye health tests. I can see why my friends recommended them.

I really enjoyed my visit to Eyedeal Vision.....everyone puts you at ease and they are very personable. More importantly, however, I felt that I had a very thorough eye test and everything was explained to me. I really would not go anywhere else.....you cannot put a price on your eyesight, which is why I booked my son an appointment and he was also pleased. Although the frames and lenses can be a bit pricey, in my opinion, that will not stop me from visiting as I love the service.

I took my son to Eyedeal on Saturday and I was very impressed from start to finish. The appointment time was kept and as we waited the staff in reception chatted to my son giving him toys to play with to keep him entertained. The optician herself was really friendly and fantastic with my little boy. I’ve been going to a different optician for years and this was a completely different level of service.

A professional, efficient and friendly service. Just what is needed for something as important as one's eyesight.

My wife and I have been clients for a number of years now and always find a warm welcome on our visits with the upmost care for their clients during the Covid restrictions and after. On a recent check up with Mac with the state-of-the-art technology that they have, it was discovered that unknown to me, a deficiency had developed in my left eye, but with a change of prescription and ongoing check-ups it can be managed. After the check-up it’s upstairs to the measurement and fitting room again state of the art technology with every conceivable measurement taken and more, then onto glasses selection, in my case a pair of multifocal glasses and sun glasses. I have leant over the years that Peter’s first choice is usually the pair I come back to and I’m now happily wearing them. Very happy to be a client of Eyedeal Vision, did I mention they have a wonderful coffee machine upstairs to help you relax even more or tea if preferred. Perfect.
